中文摘要 现阶段我国STEM教育发展的重要问题是缺少国家战略高度的顶层设计,而STEM教育体系则是其中重要的一环。本研究从结构、学段、理念、目标、内容、实施建议六方面对中国内地、中国香港和美国的小学科学课程标准进行比较。基于三者共有的核心部分和STEM教育指引等相关内容的分析,对建立我国STEM教育体系提出如下建议:系统整体化体系框架;细致学段划分;以科学教育理念为基础突出工程建模和知识融合等STEM特色来设置STEM教育理念;在传统目标分类基础上增加共通能力目标和跨学科概念目标来设置STEM体系目标;将体系目标和内容以科学(S)、技术(T)、工程(E)、数学(M)领域进行划分,并在科学(S)领域纳入三者共同的基础核心知识点;增加STEM教育案例。
英文摘要 The important issue in the development of STEM education in China at the present stage is the lack of top-level documents such as the STEM education system. The paper compares the primary school science curriculum standards between China, Hong Kong and the United States from the aspects of structure, Learning phase, concept, goal, content and implementation recommendations. Based on the compare results, such as the core foundational content in both of three and the analysis of content related to STEM education, We proposed the following suggestions for the establishment of China’s STEM education system : making the STEM education system framework more systematic; segmenting detailed the learning phase; setting the STEM education concept based on scientific education concept and the STEM education features such as engineering modeling and knowledge integration ; setting the STEM system goals based on traditional target classification and increase goals of common and interdisciplinary conceptual; dividing the STEM system goals and content into four areas : science (S),technology (T),engineering (E),mathematics (M),and bringing the common core knowledge of both three document into the science area; adding practical STEM education cases.
