中文摘要 STEM教育依然是目前各国培养学生科学、技术、数学和工程等核心素养的基本教育方式,同时也是我国在“十三五”期间全面推进教育信息化的一项重要措施。为给后期推广STEM教育提供具有针对性、实践性的参考,以北京市试点STEM教育的中小学师生为样本,运用问卷和访谈法,从课程结构、教学过程、教材开发与管理、课程管理和教师培训等维度,对我国中小学STEM课程建设的现状展开调查。调查结果表明,中小学校现有STEM课程存在以下问题:课程结构的学科整合程度较低;项目式教学的使用程度偏低且多流于形式;课程教材的开发自主性偏弱;课程管理的正规化不足且随意性较大;教师培训不足,现有培训与教师培训需求的匹配度低。据此建议,统筹各学科力量,提升中小学STEM课程结构的学科整合程度;规范STEM课程管理制度,构建完整的STEM课程管理体系;大力发展STEM教育专业,丰富STEM师资培训途径与方式;扩大师生参与STEM课程建设的途径,提高课程建设的合理性;加强系统设计,营造和谐互动的STEM教育教学氛围。
英文摘要 STEM education is not only the most basic way to cultivate students’ core competency of science, technology, engineering and mathematics in the world, but also an important measure to enhance Chinese education informationization during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. In order to provide more specific and practical reference materials for STEM education, this study applied the survey method and interviewed teachers on STEM curriculum structure, teaching process, teaching material development and management, curriculum management and teacher training in Beijing pilot primary and middle schools. Based on the data analysis and discussion with experts, this study found that the integration degree of STEM curriculum in secondary schools was low, the use of project teaching low and shallow, and school independent curriculum development weak. It was also found that course management was irregular and at will, and teachers lacked training that catered to teachers’ needs. It is suggested that STEM curriculum integration be enhanced, the management system of STEM courses improved, and STEM teacher training materials and approaches enriched. Thus, the participation of teachers and students in STEM curriculum development and learning may be improved.
