中文摘要 本研究旨在探究創業型大學校務經營之構面,並選取一所國內以創業型大學發展之個案大學,檢視其現況、成效及困境,進而提出建議,俾助於學校校務治理,發揮優勢及辦學特色,促使高等教育機構自我改進與突破。本研究透過訪談法與文件分析法,首先由國內、外學者相關文獻分析,探討創業型大學校務經營之內涵,並淬取出七大構面。其次,進行實地訪談,並蒐集個案大學校務經營相關之文件資料。再者,針對訪談內容與校務經營相關文件進行分析,了解個案校務經營之現況、成效與困境。最後依據研究結果,提出五點具體建議:一、善用專業領導知能,開啟創業型大學發展動能;二、敏察產業需求與趨勢,發揮學校跨領域合作優勢;三、大學校院可借重業師實務經驗,體現創業精神之文化;四、鬆綁相關法令限制,提供完善之產學合作環境;五、革新高等教育體制環境,建立大學創業生態系統模式。
英文摘要 The main purpose of this research is to investigate the scope of entire school management in entrepreneurial universities. Via case study of a domestic university based on based on entrepreneurial development, this research reviewed its current situation, effectiveness and difficulty to provide suggestion for institutional governance. Furthermore, the high education institutions can exploit advantages and distinguishing features, and facilitate their selfimprovement and breakthrough. To achieve those purposes mentioned above, the researchers used document analysis and interview survey. Through analyzing the national and overseas literatures, the researchers considered that the entrepreneurial university should include seven dimensions. Then through the actual interview and sorting the related documents and information about school management of the case university. Next, proceed with analyzing the content of interview and documents to understand the current situation, effectiveness and difficulty. The following suggestions are proposed based on the research results: 1) application of professional leadership competences and activation of entrepreneurial university development momentum; 2) heightened awareness of industry demand and trends and full utilization of the advantages of interdisciplinary educational cooperation; 3) colleges and universities can leverage practical experience of industry expert, and embodiment of entrepreneurship educational culture; 4) lifting relevant legal restrictions and provision an environment conductive to industry-academic cooperation; and 5) reforming the institutional environment of higher education, and build up entrepreneurship ecosystem.
