中文摘要 基于数据集的学习分析和人工智能技术的深入发展,使得以优化学习过程、缩短学习改善周期为目标的学习结果预测得到研究者的广泛关注和实践探索。文章首先对数字化学习环境下的学习预测研究探索进行梳理,辨析其研究特性,之后纵向解析了学习结果预测研究中的内容,并横向剖析了研究中存在的问题;在此基础上,从情境、理论、数据、方法和结果五个层面对未来学习结果预测研究的设计取向进行讨论;最后,对以学习者为中心的数据的预测设计原理进行阐释,并设计个性化学习结果预测研究框架,以明晰其系统化分析流程与结果。
英文摘要 The learning outcomes are extensively concerned and explored by researchers. The object is to improve learning process and shorten the learning cycle of improvement with the deep development of learning analytics and artificial intelligent technology. The research literatures and characteristic of learning prediction on the digital learning environment are reviewed. The research contents of learning outcomes prediction are vertically analyzed and the problems in the research are horizontally analyzed. Furthermore, the design orientations of learning outcomes prediction in the future are discussed from five aspects that including situation, theory, data, methodology and results. Finally, we interpret the prediction design principle of learner-centered data and design the research framework of personalized learning outcomes prediction in order to clarify the system analysis process and results.
