中文摘要 新冠疫情(CoronavirusDisease2019,COVID-19)的突襲對世界秩序造成了顛覆性的影響,各國皆在緊急的狀態下頒布了應對的措施,以實體教學環境為主的學校教育更是首當其衝。本研究旨在探討於新冠疫情期間教師在教學上受到的影響,分析自疫情爆發後,教育場域中之教師、學生、家長及學校行政等角色在面對突如其來的衝擊而產生的適應過程與角色特徵,並藉由分析後疫情時代對教學的影響,探究疫情對於傳統實體教學結構衝擊後的得與失。最後,針對教育行政機關、學校及教師三個層面提出後疫情時代教師教學的因應策略。
英文摘要 The COVID-19 had a disruptive effect on the world. All countries are issuing response measures in an emergency situation. There is including education that the solid teaching environment-based in school and classroom. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of teachers in teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic, to analyze the adaptation process and role characteristics of teachers, students, parents and school administration in the educational field after the outbreak, and to analyze the impact of the pandemic on teaching and learning in the post-pandemic era, so as to explore the effects of the pandemic on the traditional entity teaching structure. Finally, the strategy of responding to teachers’ teaching in the post-pandemic era is from the three aspects of the analysis by educational institution, schools and teachers.
