中文摘要 本文旨在析述特色學校願景實踐之領導智慧。首先,回觀特色學校發展的脈絡與趨勢,包括因應少子女化的挑戰、創增教育的新價值及全球競合的未來趨勢。其次,梳理並省思特色學校願景實踐的問題,包括:一、理念態度待宣導,固化與形式化的願景待突破;二、低效與零碎化之願景實踐動力待發揮整合綜效;三、團隊與創新領導待強化,參與及支持度待提升。再次,提出對治特色學校願景實踐問題之領導智慧,包括:一、巧用願景領導的智慧,活化願景覺知行思力;二、妙用多元領導的智慧,極大化願景實踐綜效;三、善用團隊創新領導智慧,發揮團隊協作功能。最後,凝望特色學校願景實踐的未來希望,包括持續創新特色以創增價值、厚積學生核心素養、點亮教育及臺灣的未來希望。
英文摘要 The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Leadership Wisdom for the Practice of the Featured School’s Vision. First of all, the developmental contexts and the trends of the featured school are reviewed, including the challenge of birth rate decline, innovation of educational value, and the future trend of global competition and cooperation. Secondly, the predicaments of vision realization in the featured school are refl ected. These include the advocacy of the concept and attitude, the breakthrough of fossilized and formalized vision, the integration of inefficient and fragmented vision practice, reinforcement of the team and innovative leadership, and the raising awareness of participation and support. Thirdly, the leadership wisdom to practice the vision of the featured school is proposed, including the wisdom for vision leadership to practice the vision, the wisdom for multi-leadership to maximize the practical effect of vision, and the wisdom for innovative team leadership to utilize team collaboration. Lastly, hope for the practice of the of the featured school’s vision is expected, namely sustaining the innovative features, cultivating students’ core literacy, and lighting up the future education in Taiwan.
