中文摘要 面對社會的多元變遷,重視學生整合不同領域的知識來解決生活周遭的問題,已成為未來學校教育所倡導的面向。而教師領導者若能藉由教師協作的理念,共同致力於跨領域課程的發展,將會是協助學生進行跨領域學習的重要動力。因此,本文首先論述跨領域課程、教師協作與教師領導的基本觀點,進一步提出教師跨領域課程協作領導的整合性概念,接續探究教師跨領域課程協作領導所產生的具體價值,以及在學校現場所能扮演的重要角色。最後,分析並歸納出以教師跨領域課程協作領導,推動跨領域課程的關鍵成功因素,包含「理解跨領域課程的本質」、「聚焦跨領域學習的成長」、「營造尊重與信任的氣氛」、「凝聚課程發展專業共識」及「建立分享與交流的平台」。
英文摘要 Education of the future must face an ever-changing society and prioritize the integration of students’ knowledge of different fields to solve contemporary problems. Teacher leaders working together to develop interdisciplinary curriculum through the concept of teacher collaboration can be an important driving force to help students carry out interdisciplinary learning. Therefore, this study first discussed the basic viewpoints of interdisciplinary curriculums, teacher collaboration, and teacher leadership, and then put forward the integrated concept of teacher leadership for interdisciplinary curriculum collaboration. This study next explored the specific value of teacher leadership for interdisciplinary curriculum collaboration and the important role it plays in schools. Finally, the key success factors of teacher leadership for interdisciplinary curriculum collaboration and promoting interdisciplinary curriculum, including understanding the essence of interdisciplinary curriculum, focusing on the growth of interdisciplinary learning, creating an atmosphere of respect and trust, building professional consensus on curriculum development, and building a platform for sharing and exchange, were analyzed and summarized.
