中文摘要 本研究透過歷史探究與理論分析,回顧美國二十世紀中葉以後各學門領域的交互影響與概念發展,聯結有關學校課程治理的跨域理論,目的在探析推廣的定義流變及其與課程實施、傳播界的擴散和政治學的制度學理之競合。結果發現課程推廣與課程革新、擴散理論、課程實施和新制度主義存在脈絡發展關係﹔而課程推廣的學理意涵,可就實施、擴散和制度化等三階段做整全性參照。最末深信理論的指引猶如探照燈,能將紛雜的教育革新整合成系統性的推廣過程,藉由行政層級發動實施、社群內同質化的擴散與內嵌成組織文化的制度形塑,可減低人事異動、政權傾軋、消極怠惰等不利風險,而非徒令國外理論與本土脈絡結構難以磨合。
英文摘要 The research is studied by historical inquiry and theoretical analysis to integrate with the definition of educational dissemination, curriculum implementation, communicative diffusion and the political Institutionalism. Reviewed from the middle 20 A. D. in U. S., the interactive development of concepts which are ‘implementation’, ‘diffusion’ and ‘institutionalization’ could lead a constructive framework of curriculum dissemination. Finally, reaching the conclusion that the theoretical guidance is like a searchlight, and any educational innovation could rely upon the administrative implementation, homogeneous diffusion in the community, institutional culture, to make the curriculum dissemination successful.
