根据《教育部财政部关于实施高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的意见》（教高[2007]1号）中关于开展大学生竞赛活动的方针，以重庆工商大学国家级实验教学示范中心为例，整合经管类实验教学资源，发挥经管类专业学科竞赛组织与管理优势，以学科竞赛为引领，创新实验教学内容，推进实验教学范式改革，着眼于“增强学习目的性、趣味性及实用性，提高学生学习主动性，培养和提升学生创新实践能力、综合素质和就业竞争力”，开发“教、赛、学一体化”实验教学资源体系，建设于开放性、实用性、创新性相结合，融实验教学、实验管理及成果孵化与推广等改革内容为一体的“教、赛、学一体化”创新实验区。

Relate to the universities quality of teaching and educational reform idea on carry out contest For example in CTBU,integrate the experiment teaches resource , make use of advantage in contest organizes administration ,innovative experiment content of courses , push forward an educational reform , cultivate an ability in innovation, develop the resource teaching on“teach .study .competition in Unify”, the experiment building the nature appearance union being innovative in the opening to the outside world , the pragmatism, melting teaches.
