中文摘要 英国为了应对基础教育领域中出现的危机,在2003年开始试点实施“社会情感学习”项目,并逐渐推广到全国。该项目以情绪智力理论为基袖,在遵守原则的基础上充分尊重地方当局和学校的自主权,采用“三波干预”的方式进行干预,以整校推进、课堂教学和教师专业发展作为具体的实践路径。总结其实践经验发现,教育研究和实践者应基于证据来确保项目实施质量,重视并支持教职工专业发展,为学生发展营造支持性的系统环境,尊重地区和学校在实践过程中的自主权。
英文摘要 In response to the crisis in the field of basic education, the Britain began the pilot implementation of “social and emotional aspect of learning” project in 2003 and gradually spread it to the whole country. The project is based on the theory of emotional intelligence and fully respects the autonomy of local authorities and schools while adhering to principles, and uses the “three-wave intervention” method to intervene, taking the whole school promotion, classroom teaching and teacher professional development as the specific practice path. Summarizing its practical experience, it is found that educational researchers and practitioners are expected to ensure the quality of project implementation based on evidence, value and support the professional development of staff, create a supportive system environment for student development, and respect the autonomy of the district and the school in the practice process.
