英文摘要 |
With the popularization of mindfulness around the world, interest in study and application of mindfulness is growing, especially in mindfulness-based interventions for adolescents, which are mostly conducted in school settings. The article systematically reviews empirical evidence related to the use of mindfulness-based interventions in schools, including the effect of mindfulness-based interventions on adolescents and how to conduct these interventions. Finally, the limitations of current school-based mindfulness interventions are discussed, providing references for future research and application.
