当前的疫情、国际上的逆全球化以及经济的紧缩对我国当前发展构成严酷的挑战。教育应站在国际化的最前列,为我国构建“人类命运共同体”培养合格人才,提供基础性的服务和支撑。后疫情时代,我国教育国际化的三个重要议题:一是中美关系大转折背景下,中美教育交流仍是教育国际化的关键与核心,仍存在推进的空间,但也应加强与其他国家的高等教育交流;二是来华留学生教育须调整扩大来华留学生的政策,从追求量的发展转向质的提高;三是教育“在地国际化”重要性凸显,应重视大学治理制度和教育教学的“在地国际化”。

英文摘要 |
Facing the challenges brought by Covid-19, anti-globalization and economic austerity, China must persist on Reform and Opening Policy. Internationalization in education must be a priority for education policy making. There are three themes to discuss in formulation of internationalization of education for the post-pandemic era: 1. Sino-US educational exchanges are still one of core elements for internationalization of education policies, and there is still room to promote Sino-US educational exchanges. Certainly the related policies should not neglect the importance of educational exchanges with other countries; 2.The first priority of our policy on international students must mainly aim to quality assurance rather than quantity expansion; 3. The domestic internationalization of education should be more emphasized in the post-pandemic era policy.
