英文摘要 Based on the Changing Landscape of Online Education Report 4 (CHLOE 4) presented by Quality Matters, this article discusses the status and trends of online education, as well as its background and rationale behind the scenes in the perspectives of society and education. CHLOE 4 report covers the following topics: online learning orientation, online accessibility, preparing faculty for online instruction, online course, program and enrollment trends, online pricing and revenue, teaching and learning, future goals for online learning in the U. S. . This article provides insights into the development of online education in China.
