中文摘要 美国“校农协作”项目推动美国中小学校利用既有的教育空间一一学校食堂与校外农场,开辟新的教育空间——学校农园。该项目通过多种主题活动让学生认识、消费本地农副产品,陶冶其乡土情怀;兴建学校农园让学生劳作,并从中体验和领悟劳动;开展食品与营养主题教育活动,以践行生活教育理念;开发项目深程资源并将其整合至学校课程体系中。“校农协作”是针对性、实践性、综合性、开放性的劳动教育、食品营养教育项目,兼具良好的教育价值与社会服务价值,不仅有助于学生健康成长与全面发展,而且推动了学校与社区间的良性互动。项目实施以来,得到了联邦与地方完善配套的政策法规支持,拓展了地方政府与民间的资金渠道。
英文摘要 Farm to School Programs not only improve US schools' utilization rate of existing educational space on campus such as school canteens, but also help schools to open up new education spaces like school gardens and farms. The Programs can cultivate students' hometown affection by learning and consuming local agricultural products. At the same time, students can experience and understand the human labor by planting crops in the school gardens. Besides, all schools getting involved in Farm to School Programs have organized educational activities on food and nutrition, and have developed related curriculum resources which are integrated into school curriculum. Farm to School Programs are a targeted, practical, comprehensive and open labor education and food nutrition education project. The programs contribute to the healthy development of students and promote the positive interaction between the school and the community. The Programs are supported by comprehensive federal and local policies and regulations, and have received financial support from governments and the private sectors.
