英文摘要 Preschool teachers’ Role Consciousness is impairing the achievement of preschool and restricting teachers’ professionalization. Kulahasi was a famous Japanese preschool educationalist in 20th century who fused the advanced modern European & American infant education ideas with traditional Japanese concepts of Confucianism. He probes into the unique role of preschool teachers, which has a very practical referential signifi cance for us to cultivate the preschool teacher's self-recognition and professional consciousness, to refine preschool teachers’ professional knowledge structure and to strengthen their professional abilities by learning and adopting Kulahasi view on preschool teachers to clarify the role of preschool teachers.
