英文摘要 School-based curriculum reform implies school teachers have got more professional authority and responsibility in making curriculum decision. In school-based decision, curriculum development and evaluation are one work with two sides. School-based curriculum evaluation (SBCE) embodies practical characteristics in terms of contradiction, improvement, negotiation, and collaborative action research. The essential value in evaluation is to initiate teachers’ enlightened understanding rather than to assess curriculum outcome. The function of practical enlightenment includes promoting teachers’ perception reeducation, curriculum practical reflection, curriculum knowledge generation and expansive learning in curriculum construction. The practical enlightenment in SBCE will facilitate teachers to formulate another more legalized curriculum and participate in the history of curriculum reconstructing.
