中文摘要 本研究旨在探討後疫情國小初任教師面臨工作困擾與學校支持措施,以訪談方式為主要方法,訪談對象為八位初任教師。研究結果如下:一、初任教師面臨課程教學、班級經營、行政職務與親師溝通輔導四大方面的工作困擾。二、學校採取多元化與個別化的支持措施尚能解決初任教師工作困擾。三、學校行政的支持措施具有初步的成效。
英文摘要 This study aims to explore the on-site job problems encountered by elementary school beginning teachers, and the specific supportive systems provided by their school. The data were mainly collected via in-depth interviews, and further analyzed in accordance with related literature. A total of eight beginning teachers from different places were interviewed regarding their job problem based upon four aspects. The findings of the study are: (1) The job problems encountered by the beginning teachers involve four major aspects, teaching, classroom management, administrative work, and systematic counselling. (2) Schools implement a great variety of diverse systems to solve the abovementioned job problems. (3) The systems implemented to support administrative work are effective in terms of solving the problems.
