英文摘要 Biases are a common phenomenon in school management evaluation. These biases affect the reliability and validity of the evaluation and re-strict the improvement of the quality of school management. Biases in school management evaluation generally manifest as cognitive biases, affective attitude biases, and data biases. The causes of these biases are complex, including personal value differences, limited knowledge, cognitive styles, narrow experiences, personality biases of the evaluators, as well as external factors such as upbringing, social environment, and cultural characteristics. Recognizing the existence of one’s own biases, conducting comprehensive and professional assessments of school management, enhancing contact with the subjects being e-valuated, are fundamental methods to reduce biases.
