中文摘要 在我国,道德教育是传统范畴,法治是现代范畴。法治作为社会主义核心价值观的组成部分,包 含法律信仰、权利意识、契约意识、规则意识等丰富内涵,它们既需要道德教育给予引导、强化,又为道德教 育的现代变革提供了新理念。回首改革开放以来道德领域出现的失范、失信、见利忘义等突出问题,与道德教 育形式化、教条化有直接关系。在新时代中国特色社会主义征程中,在全面依法治国战略背景下,道德教育需 要革旧鼎新。为其注入法治内涵,可以让其更好地承担社会主义核心价值观培育的历史使命,以薪新的面貌迎 接新时代带来的机遇和挑战。
英文摘要 In our country,moral education is the traditional category and the rule of law is the modern category. As a part of the core socialist values, the rule of law contains rich connotations such as legal belief,right consciousness,contract consciousness,and rule consciousness. They not only need moral education to guide and strengthen,but also provide new ideas for the modern transformation of moral education. Looking back on the outstanding problems in the moral field since the reform and opening up,such as irregularities,dishonesty,and loss of interest,it is directly related to the formalization and dogmatization of moral education. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,moral education needs to be reformed under the background of comprehensive rule of law strategy. Injecting the connotation of the rule of law can make it better assume the historical mission of cultivating socialist core values and meet the opportunities and challenges brought about by the new era with a new look.
