中文摘要 信息技术作为驱动教学现代化的动力因素,被高姿态地请入教育系统,却无大为地旁站于教学活动的边缘。针对这个“反常”现象,必须基于技术、教育性及人三者的关系结构,从技术客体的自在问题、作为技术主体的教师、教学与信息技术关系的失衡等方面,分析教师在教学中对信息技术产生疏离感的成因。并以辩证唯物主义的视角,从教育性疏离感与非教育性疏离感两方面辨析教师对信息技术的疏离感,提出内含教育性的“疏离感”具有应然性的观点,使技术的外部表现形式服务于教学及其主体的内部真实需求,促使技术与教师形成一体化的“凝合型劳动力”,从而有效解决教师的非教育性疏离感问题。
英文摘要 Information technology, as a driving force for the modernization of teaching, has been invited into the teaching system with high attitudes, but has been inactive on the edge of teaching activities. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper bases on the relationship of technology, education and people, analyzing the information technology alienation of teachers’ teaching from the problems of technology, teacher, and imbalance the relationship between teacher’s teaching and information technology. From the perspective of dialectical materialism, the teacher’s sense of alienation of information technology is analyzed by educational alienation and non-educational alienation, and putting forward with a realistic view-educational “sense of alienation”, which makes the external expression of technology serving the real needs of teachers and teaching. Moreover, this paper is to promote the integration of technology and teachers into a “cohesive workforce”, thereby effectively solving the problem of non-educational alienation of teachers’.
