面向新时代,乡村教育与乡村教师面临各种新旧机遇与挑战。其主要矛盾表现在四个方面,分别是:乡村学校设施一次性投入与持续性迭代;乡村教师数量基本补充到位与结构性缺失;乡村教师短期发展与长远规划;乡村教师基本技能达标与数字素养不足。乡村教师亟需通过一系列技术与教育教学的深度融合,实现三个阶段的发展,包括:计算机辅助教学、“互联网+教育”“人工智能+教育”。进而,依托新时代强师计划,健全乡村教师培养体系;运用国家智慧教育公共服务平台,加强乡村教师教研;抓住国家教育数字化战略契机,提升乡村教师培训。

英文摘要 |
In the new times, rural education and rural teachers face various opportunities and challenges. The main contradiction is manifested in four aspects: the conflict between one-time investment and continuous iteration of rural school facilities; basic replenishment versus structural lack of rural teachers; short-term development versus long-term planning of rural teachers; achievement of basic skills versus lack of digital competence of rural teachers. It's urgent for rural teachers to achieve three stages through deep integration on technologies and education, including: computer-assisted instruction, "Internet + Education", and "AI + Education". Furthermore, the Plan to Strengthen Teacher Force in the new era could improve the rural teacher training system in various ways; teaching and researching of rural teachers will be strengthen by utilizing the national smart education public service platform; the national education digitalization strategy will bring new opportunities to higher quality rural teacher training.
