| 英文摘要 |
The principals play an important role in deep interaction between rural schools and rural communities. The essence of community leadership of rural principals is influence, and its particularities are manifested in the social background, organization culture, and target of leadership activities. The community leadership of rural principals have important practical values in grasping environment of school development, improving the school governance structure, understanding the off-campus environment, and exploring development of connotations and characteristics in rural schools. Community leadership of rural principals can be enhanced through the following strategies: designing activities to cultivate positive community emotions; Strengthening learning to improve community understanding continuously; Constructing platforms to establish regular communication mechanisms; making self-introspection to establish rural education management thinking gradually.
