英文摘要 Based on the strategy of national innovation and development, the cultivation of innovative talents has become an important mission of Russia. The strategy of cultivating innovating talents from children and paying attention to the education of gifted children has become more and more obvious since the new century. In this context, the Russian government has successively issued a series of gifted children education laws and national programs, constantly improving the supplementary education system, and trying to rely on supplementary education platforms to create a new and refined model for the discovery and training of gifted children. Among them, the Russian educational Center Sirius has become an example of a new type of institute of additional gifted education. It integrates the fair and scientific selection of gifted children, the comprehensive individualized training of gifted children, the professional development of gifted children, talented children's teacher training and skill upgrading, and the regional innovation and development. These strategies have made the Russian educational Center Sirius a great success. The Practice has proved that a new model of supplementary education for gifted children-the Sirius model that can be widely replicated in Russia has taken shape.
