中文摘要 大學社會責任(University Social Responsibility, USR)實踐計畫於2018年後在國內開始受到重視,並成為各大學積極爭取的競爭型計畫,主要強調與在地場域產生連結,同時進行在地問題的解決,藉此彰顯大學對於社會改革的能量。就目前關於各大學推動USR計畫的文獻觀之,似較缺乏對本質性問題進行批判性分析,基於任何教育改革都可能蘊藏一些不易察覺的迷思和陷阱,有必要加以揭露,因此,本研究特針對USR計畫實施過程中教育改革的相關議題進行探討,主要有三:一、USR改革知識如何能成為可能;二、USR計畫需何種研究取徑;三、USR計畫要進行何種場域的合作與參與。最後,本研究再針對上述分析結果,提出結論與啟示。
英文摘要 The USR project has been valued since 2018 in Taiwan, and has become the competitive project adopted by all colleges. The USR project mainly emphasizes university should be involved in the local practical fields, and seek the solution of local problems to exercise its influence on social reform. After analyzing the related literature about the USR projects of different universities, the study found the essential problems of USR projects seldom were explored. Because any education reform could contain some subtle myths and pitfalls, it is necessary to expose them. This study aims to conduct the critical analysis on educational reform issues during the process of the USR project implement. Based on the above, the study focuses on the following three issues: (1) how the reform knowledge become possible? (2) which research approach should been adopt within USR project? (3) which cooperation and participation should been conducted between university and the practical field. Finally, in accordance with the above result, this study will offer conclusions and detail implications.
