中文摘要 本研究以國際有關核心素養的理念與相關作為、臺灣與大陸有關核心素養的政策性文本、臺灣在中小學的核心素養相關研究與文獻探討為脈絡背景,導引出研究目的為:一、瞭解核心素養的內涵;二、瞭解核心素養的教育哲思;三、瞭解核心素養導向校園文化的特徵;四、瞭解校長領導形塑核心素養導向校園文化扮演的角色;五、瞭解校長領導形塑核心素養導向校園文化應有的教育哲思;六、瞭解校長形塑核心素養導向校園文化的領導策略。本研究以立意取樣方法選取教育行政人員、學校校長、主任與學者專家為研究個案,以文件分析法與訪談法為研究方法達成研究目的。結論為:一、核心素養是化識為智的實踐智慧;二、核心素養植基於以人為本的教育思想;三、核心素養導向校園文化是以學生學習為中心的學習共同體;四、校長融合不同的領導者角色發揮文化領導力,形塑核心素養導向校園文化;五、校長以核心素養教育哲思啟動領導動能,形塑核心素養導向校園文化;六、校長以策略領導的實踐智慧形塑核心素養導向校園文化。最後,並提建議以供參考。
英文摘要 This study is based on international, Taiwan’s and mainland China’s perspectives and related literature on core competence within school’s practice to achieve the following six purposes: 1. to understand the meaning of core competence; 2. to understand the educational philosophy of core competence; 3. to understand the characteristics of core competence-oriented school culture; 4. to understand the roles of principal leadership for shaping core competence-oriented school culture; 5. to understand the educational philosophy of principal leadership for shaping core competence-oriented school culture; 6. to understand the leadership strategy of principals for shaping core competence-oriented school culture. The research cases were purposefully selected from educational administrators, principals, directors and scholars. Meanwhile, this study adopted document analysis and interview as research methods for achieving the six research purposes stated above. The conclusions were as follows: 1. Core competence emphasizes transforming knowledge to wisdom and then practicing; 2. Core competence is based on the people-based educational thought; 3. Core competence-oriented school culture is the learning communities of students’ learning center; 4. Principals play different leadership roles and cultural force in shaping core competence-oriented school culture; 5. Principals shape core competence-oriented school culture based on educational philosophy; 6. Principals shape core competence-oriented school culture based on practice wisdom of strategic leadership. Finally, this study provided suggestions for future reference.
