中文摘要 新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)在2019年底爆發,來得又急又猛,肆虐全球。因為傳染力強、致死率高、尚無疫苗等三大因子交雜,成為非預期的嚴重世界性公共衛生問題。新型冠狀病毒目前尚無止歇跡象,受害與受苦的人增多,當前學生世代的生活、學習與生涯發展受到嚴重衝擊。因此,學校為學生提供以增強復原力(resilience)為核心的諮商輔導迫切需要。本文先論述疫情蔓延與艱困時代的來臨,分析疫情與艱困時代對學生成長與發展的衝擊,再申論復原力是學生諮商輔導的核心概念,並建議學校諮商輔導應與學生復原力做鏈結。最後提供疫情與艱困時代學生諮商輔導的具體策略,包括關懷每一位學生,敏銳察覺學生情緒狀態;為學生尋求各種社會資源;提供社會支持;增多學生的社會連結;教師本身要增強復原力;實施正念(mindfulness)諮商輔導策略等。
英文摘要 The novel coronavirus (Covid-19) broke out at the end of 2019, and it came quickly and violently, ravaging the world. Because the three major factors, such as strong infectious power, high fatality rate, and no vaccine, have become an unexpected serious global public health problem. The new Covid-19 has no signs of stopping, and the number of victims and suffering is increasing. The lives, studies and career development of current generations of students have been severely impacted. Therefore, there is an urgent need for schools to provide students with counseling and guidance centered on resilience. This article first discusses the spread of the epidemic and the advent of difficult times, analyzes the impact of the epidemic and difficult times on the growth and development of students, and then argues that resilience is the core concept of student counseling and guidance, and suggests that school counseling and guidance should be related to student resilience of making a link. Finally, provide specific strategies for counseling and guidance to students in times of epidemic and hardship, including: caring for every student, keenly aware of the emotional state of students; seeking various social resources for students; providing social support; increasing students’ social connections; teachers themselves should be strengthened resilience; implementation of mindfulness counseling strategies, etc.
