中文摘要 近年來,社會情緒學習(Social and Emotional Learning, SEL)已成為國際上的重要議題,而教師為推動歷程中不可或缺的角色。有鑑於相關研究對於社會情緒能力推動歷程中職前教師的培訓著墨較少,本文乃採個案研究,以42位職前教師為研究對象,運用知識翻新社群及電腦支持協作學習融入教學,期提升職前教師之社會情緒能力。針對職前教師於知識論壇展現的五項社會情緒能力,本文以質量混合方法進行歸納及分析,研究結果顯示運用知識翻新社群及電腦支持協作學習之具體成效,包括:一、自我覺察、自我管理及關係能力有所提升;二、社會覺察及負責任的決策未有明顯變化;三、職前教師能在知識翻新社群中以自我提問的方式進行反思,以釐清自身情緒狀態;四、社群的互動與調適,有助於社會情緒學習。
英文摘要 Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) has become an important issue, and teachers are the key roles in recent years. However, there are not sufficient researches to improve teacher education. This study adopted case study, and participants comprised 42 preservice teachers, using knowledge building community and computer-supported collaborative learning, in order to facilitating participants’ social and emotional competencies. The research method adopted mix methods, analyzing the five social and emotional competencies. The main finding showed that: (1) self-awareness, self-management and relationship skills have improved; (2) social awareness and responsible decision-making have not changed significantly; (3) pre-service teachers can reflect on their own emotions in the knowledge renewal community by asking questions; and (4) interaction and adjustment in communities contribute social and emotional learning.
