中文摘要 数字化背景下教育发展的机遇与挑战并存,以ICT全面赋能教育转型升级成为当下教育发展的破局之策。文章基于PISA 2018美国175所学校共计4297名学生样本数据,通过构建结构方程模型分析学生参与和使用ICT的外部情境因素及个体内部因素对其数学、科学及阅读素养的影响,并在路径分析的基础上对模型拟合度进行检验。数据分析显示:ICT资源积极作用于学生的数学、科学和阅读素养,完善ICT教育基础设施与资源共享,发挥ICT教学的积极促进作用是基础;ICT使用频率无法持续性正向预测学生的学习成就,把握ICT教学应用边界,强化学生校内外ICT使用监管是保障;学生ICT兴趣决定其参与ICT融合教育实践的动机,创新课堂ICT教学的多元形式,驱动学生自主探索的兴趣内核是前提;ICT感知能力针对不同学科的作用效果有异,释放教师主导的ICT感知效能,因学科制宜开发个性化工具支持是根本;ICT感知自主性决定学生的学业表现,培养ICT教学融合的自主意识,激发学生主体的创造性学习应用是重点;学生参与ICT相关主题互动或非积极影响学业表现,提升学生ICT主题的鉴别能力,守护数字化教学应用的教育性本质是关键。
英文摘要 In the context of digitalization, opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of education. The comprehensive empowerment of education transformation and upgrading through ICT has become a breakthrough strategy for current education development. The article is based on sample data of 4297 students from 175 schools in the United States in PISA 2018. A structural equation model is constructed to analyze the impact of external situational factors and individual internal factors on students' participation and use of ICT on their mathematical, scientific, and reading literacy. The model's fit is tested based on path analysis. The data shows that ICT resources actively contribute to students' mathematical, scientific, and reading literacy, improving ICT education infrastructure and resource sharing, and playing a positive role in promoting ICT teaching is the foundation; The frequency of ICT use cannot consistently predict students' learning achievements in a positive way. Grasping the boundaries of ICT teaching application and strengthening the supervision of students' ICT use both on and off campus are guarantees; The interest of students in ICT determines their motivation to participate in ICT integrated education practice. Innovating the diverse forms of classroom ICT teaching and driving students to explore independently are the prerequisites; The impact of ICT perception ability on different disciplines varies, and the release of teacher led ICT perception efficiency is fundamental in developing personalized tool support tailored to the discipline; The perceived autonomy of ICT determines students' academic performance, cultivating a sense of autonomy in ICT teaching integration, and stimulating students' creative learning applications are the key points; The key to enhancing students' ability to identify ICT related topics and safeguarding the educational essence of digital teaching applications is their participation in ICT related topic interactions or non positive impacts on academic performance.
