中文摘要 現今社會因醫療技術越亦發達,使人們平均壽命年齡增長,也直接加速老年人口增加,而有許多年長者漸漸的會因關節退化導致行動不便,另外也有一些術後患者無力自行起身,他們都需要請看護協助下床行動。身體虛弱的病患無法藉由自身的力氣由床上起身,因此醫護人員必須耗費大量的力氣,將躺在床上的病患扶起,但是並不是每一位醫護人員都具有足夠的力量,將病患由床上扶起來,因此就必須藉由機械結構,輔助醫護人員將病患由床上扶起來。目前的醫療床結構複雜,採購成本較高,一般家庭沒有能力購買,因此為了讓一般家庭可以以較少的成本,採購可以輔助醫護人員的設備,因此研發製作一機電裝置可以輔助在一般床上的病人改變姿勢。目前復健工作都需至醫療院所進行,身體虛弱及受傷的患者,皆需旁人幫忙,舟車勞頓,非常不便。因此就必須藉由本創作之自動機電裝置,使傷患可進行居家自行復健。在此市場下,我們想以社會人口高齡化、老年人口增多,年長者行動不便以及術後患者不易起身為由,並考慮到部分患者需要點滴架的問題,蒐集各方普遍問題,於是我們極力研究製作出一台全方位電動輔助起身及復健裝置,本裝置不僅解決了起身的問題,比起現今市面上之移位機更是省時又省力,也為醫療護理人員及看護等減輕了醫療傷害的負擔,本裝置也具有復健功能,可進行居家復健。另外本裝置也可用於輔具租賃的服務,使部分短期需要輔具或無力負擔購買輔具費用的家庭得到足夠的資源與幫助,造福更多需要此類輔具之患者,是研製此裝置最大的願景。
英文摘要 In today's society, due to the development of medical technology, the average life expectancy of people has increased, which has also directly accelerated the increase in the elderly population. Many elderly people will gradually suffer from joint degeneration, resulting in inconvenient mobility. In addition, some postoperative patients are unable to stand up on their own. They all If necessary, ask a nurse to help get out of bed. Weak patients cannot get up from the bed with their own strength, so the medical staff must expend a lot of energy to lift the patient lying on the bed, but not every medical staff has enough strength to lift the patient. The patient is lifted up from the bed, so the mechanical structure must be used to assist the medical staff to lift the patient up from the bed. The current medical bed has a complex structure and high procurement cost, and ordinary families are unable to purchase it. Therefore, in order to allow ordinary families to purchase equipment that can assist medical staff at a lower cost, an electromechanical device can be developed to assist the general bed. The patient changes positions. At present, all rehabilitation work needs to be carried out in medical institutions. The weak and injured patients all need help from others. Therefore, it is necessary to use the automatic electromechanical device of this creation to enable the injured to perform self-rehabilitation at home. In this market, we want to use the aging of the social population, the increase of the elderly population, the inconvenience of the elderly and the difficulty of getting up after the operation, and consider the problem that some patients need drip racks to collect common problems from all parties, so we try our best R&D and manufacture of an all-round electric auxiliary lifting and rehabilitation device. This device not only solves the problem of getting up, but also saves time and effort compared with the lifts on the market today, and also reduces the burden on medical staff and nurses. The burden of medical injuries, this device also has a rehabilitation function, which can be used for home rehabilitation. In addition, this device can also be used for auxiliary device rental services, so that some families who need auxiliary devices for a short period of time or cannot afford to purchase auxiliary devices can get sufficient resources and help, and benefit more patients who need such assistive devices. It is the biggest vision for developing this device
