The authors see encountered school administration difficulties as opportunities, and advocate applying the concepts of harmonious beauty for aesthetic conversion. The concepts of harmonious beauty, including coordinating concord, opposition reconciling, diversity unity, and arousing pleasure, were explored. And they were used to analyze the school administration difficulties summarized from literature, including heavy administrative works, school members with different positions and opinions, professional incapability, low incentives, etc.. The authors find that the key problem of the school difficulties resulted from the lack of harmonious beauty, and propose to develop a harmonious school climate. The actions for conversing the school administration difficulties into harmonious beauty, such as reducing work load, reconciling conflicts, empowerment and enhancing achievement, promoting rewards and motivating, are suggested for school administrators.
