中文摘要 在精准扶贫攻坚阶段,兜底农村教育核心力量的教学点教师,必然是扶贫工作精准发力的关键靶向。为保证农村教学点教师远程培训更具精准性,切实提升教师的专业素养,捍卫“最后一公里”教育的质量,该研究首先在文献梳理和田野观察的基础上充分发掘教学点教师远程培训在内容、方式、对象以及结果各个方面的精准需求,包括差异式的因需施训、引领式的全程介入、精英式的严格把关以及权威式的高端认证。再以精准需求为参照探寻到其与SPOC引领式远程培训的多重耦合性,并以二者的耦合为契机建构以教学点教师的精准扶贫为指向的SPOC引领式远程培训模式,进而又从政策、管理和评价三个方面,即建立自上而下的推广机制、构建多方协同的联动机制以及设置全国统一的认证机制,提出促进SPOC引领式远程培训模式落地的“精准”保障。
英文摘要 In the stage of precision poverty alleviation, the teaching point teachers of the core of rural education must be the key target for the accurate development of poverty alleviation work. In order to ensure the more precise training of teachers in rural teaching points, to improve the professional quality of teachers and to defend the quality of the “last mile” education, this study firstly explores the teaching distance of teachers in the field based on literature review and field observation. Accurate requirements in all aspects of methods, objects, and results, including differential training, leading-edge interventions, elite rigorous checks, and authoritative high-end certification. Based on the accurate demand, this paper explores its multiple coupling with SPOC guiding remote training, and uses the coupling of the two as a mechanism to construct a SPOC guiding remote training model based on the precise poverty alleviation of teaching teachers. Furthermore, from the three aspects of policy, management and evaluation, namely, establishing a top-down promotion mechanism, constructing a multi-party synergy linkage mechanism, and setting up a national unified authentication mechanism, and proposing a “precise” guarantee to promote the SPOC guiding remote training model.
