中文摘要 学校信任主要是学生家长对学校是否可信和可信水平的状态描述,具有功能性与不确定性、理性与感性、绩效性与程序性、同质性与异质性等多元属性。整体来看,学校信任具有推进学校管理秩序建构、增强教师职业幸福感、改善家校交往状态、提升学校教学效率等功能。面对当前日益严峻的家校冲突问题,亟须深入挖掘学校信任的教育治理功能。为增进学校信任,学校应在教学与管理中获取抽象信任与具体信任,家长应对学校建立理性信任与感性信任的双重标准,家校之间应形成稳定、持久、长效、多元的互动机制。
英文摘要 School trust is mainly the status description of whether the student’s parents trust the school and the trust level. It has multiple attributes such as functionality and uncertainty, rationality and sensibility, emphasis on achievement and order, and homogeneity and heterogeneity. On the whole, school trust has the functions of promoting the construction of school management order, enhancing teachers' professional well-being, improving the home-school communication state and improving the teaching efficiency of the school. In the face of the current increasingly serious problem of home-school conflict, it is imperative to dig deeply into the educational governance function of school trust. In order to enhance school trust, the school should acquire abstract trust and specific trust in teaching and management. The parents should establish the double standard of rational trust and emotional trust in the school. A stable, long-lasting, long-acting and pluralistic interactive mechanism should be established between the parents and the school.
