中文摘要 精准教育扶贫工作至今已取得多种成效,深入课堂研究提升贫困地区教学质量的措施与办法,不仅是促进教育优质均衡发展的途径,也是精准教育扶贫的根本需要之一。该研究以北京师范大学现代教育技术研究所与西南地区G省F市的项目合作为背景,以提升广大教师深耕课堂教学的综合能力为发展目标,构建了“高校专家智力资源为牵引力—当地教育行政管理为助推力—基层学校教师实践为执行力”的“深耕课堂.三方协同”精准教育扶贫模式。该模式历经三年的实践检验,可以得出以下结论:(1)深入课堂研究教学的精准教育扶贫方式,是实现教育脱贫的有效途径之一;(2)三方协同的深耕课堂教学的工作实践,使当地教师整合技术的学科教学知识和能力水平显著提升,项目校学生的学科能力显著提升,当地教学开展从依赖智慧输入转变为可自我持续发展;(3)该研究为不同组织机构(高校、地方行政部门与实践学校)协同努力实现精准教育扶贫提供了有益的经验借鉴。
英文摘要 The targeted education poverty alleviation has achieved a variety of results so far. In-depth classroom research to improve the teaching quality of poverty-stricken areas is not only a way to promote the balanced development of education quality, but also one of the fundamental needs of targeted education poverty alleviation. Based on the cooperation between the Institute of Modern Education Technology of Beijing Normal University and F City of G Province in Southwest China, this study aims to improve the comprehensive ability of teachers to deeply cultivate classroom teaching, and builds the targeted education poverty alleviation model of “Deep Cultivation of Classroom•Tripartite Collaboration “, which is based on the intellectual resources of college experts, local administrative management and the practice of grassroots teachers. After three years of practice, the model has drew the following conclusions: (1) The targeted education poverty alleviation model is one of the effective ways to achieve education out of poverty; (2) The TPACK level of teachers has been improved significantly, and the students’ ability in reading and writing has also been improved significantly; It shows moreover that the local teaching has changed from relying on wisdom input to self-sustainable development; (3) This study provides useful experience for different organizations, such as colleges, local administrative departments and practical schools, to work together to achieve targeted education poverty alleviation.
