随着英国经济与科技的迅速发展，原有的生涯教育战略不足以应对日益变化的生涯教育需求。为此，2017年英国制定了新生涯战略。2018年，英国教育部又更新了两部法定行动指南予以推进。此次变革体现出英国中学生涯教育的质量标准化、主体多元化、渠道广泛化和教师队伍专业化的特征，产生了促进中学生涯教育规范性、保障中学生涯教育机会均等、拓宽中学生涯教育信息广度和提高中学生涯教育队伍专业性等效应。

| 英文摘要 |
With the rapid development of British economy and technology, the original career education strategy is not enough to meet the changing needs of career education. To this end, the British government promulgated a new career strategy. Subsequently, the Ministry of Education updated two statutory guidelines on this issue. The reform reflects the characteristics of the quality standardization, the diversity of subjects, the wide range of channels and the specialization of teachers in the secondary school career education. It has the effects of promoting the standardization of the secondary school career education, ensuring the equal opportunities of the secondary school career education, broadening the scope of the secondary school career education information and promoting the professionalism of the secondary school career education team. At the same time, it provides enlightenment and reference for establishing a better career education system in secondary schools of China.
