中文摘要 目前,少数民族地区双语教师国家通用语言文字能力传统课堂培训存在覆盖面较窄、培训时长较短、培训内容单一、培训成本较高等问题。基于以上不足,本文构建了五位一体的少数民族地区双语教师国家通用语言文字能力体系:语言文字政策法规能力、基础语言能力、社会语言能力、教师语言能力和艺术语言能力,并在此基础上设计了新疆少数民族地区双语教师国家通用语言文字能力网络培训平台,力图推动少数民族地区双语教师国家通用语言能力培训模式的发展。
英文摘要 Currently, the traditional classroom trainings of the national common language capability to the bilingual teachers in minority areas have some problems, such as the limited time, monotony, higher costs and so on. Based on these shortcomings, this article built a one of five system about national common language ability to bilingual teachers in minority areas which include the ability of knowing policies and regulations about language, the ability of using basic language, the ability of using social language, the ability of using teaching language and the ability of using art language. And on this basis we built a training platform in network to bilingual teachers in minority areas of Xinjiang for their national common language ability, to promote development of the training to bilingual teachers in minority areas of Xinjiang for their national common language ability.
