中文摘要 本文以食魚教育為主題,運用聯合國永續發展目標中SDG12及SDG14的內涵,推衍出食魚所關注的「健康」應該包含「人的健康」與「海洋的健康」二者的持續和諧發展,進而凸顯「永續海鮮」成為食魚教育的核心概念,再進一步結合108課綱「海洋教育實質內涵」,建構出食魚教育融入SDG12及SDG14實踐永續海鮮的課程架構,作為學校推動食魚教育的基礎,並以新北市野柳國小海洋教育校訂課程為案例,說明其推動食魚教育的課程理念,經由課程實踐讓學生了解生產行為與消費行為對永續海鮮的影響,以及導引學生進入社區,促發民眾了解如何讓人與海洋持續健康發展。
英文摘要 This paper attempts to focus on the fish-based diet education, adopting the essence of SDG 12 & SDG 14 from the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which indicates the sustainable and harmonized development of the healthy human and the healthy ocean, and to highlight the core value of sustainable seafood combined with the fish-based diet education and 108 curriculum guidelines and further, to construct a basic framework which embodies SDG 12 & SDG 14 for school to implement the fish-based diet education. Therefore, the school-developed curriculum of Yeliou Elementary School could be seen as an example to elaborate the ideal of promoting the fish-based diet education. Through the practice of such curriculum, it could not only let the students understand the effects of consuming and producing behaviors on sustainable seafood, but also guide the students to introduce sustainable seafood to the community and evoke the public’s awareness of how human and ocean should develop healthily and sustainably.
