中文摘要 作为推动社会发展的主力军,大学的参与及行动对落实《2030年可持续发展议程》具有重要意义。荷兰大学基于可持续发展目标制定自身的发展战略,并形成独具特色的实践路径。在人才培养方面,开设相关课程及学位项目,培养面向可持续发展的未来行动者;在科研创新方面,进行跨学科跨领域研究,推动与可持续发展目标密切耦合的成果产出;在社会服务方面,建立广泛、多元的合作伙伴关系,产生实现可持续发展目标所需要的社会联动效应。荷兰的经验显示,大学在致力于实现可持续发展目标时,应从多方面改革大学系统,使大学成为实现可持续发展目标的价值传播者、知识贡献者及合作组织者。
英文摘要 The participation and actions of universities are significant for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Based on the sustainable development goals, Dutch universities formulate their own development strategies and practice paths. In terms of talents training, relevant courses and degree programs are offered to cultivate future actors; In the research aspect, interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary research are conducted to promote the output closely coupled with the sustainable development goals; In social service, universities in the Netherlands establish extensive and diverse partnerships to generate the social linkage effect. The practice of the Netherlands suggests that universities should reform in many aspects when realizing the Sustainable Development Goals. Universities could become value advocates, knowledge contributors and cooperative organizers for realizing the sustainable development goals.
