中文摘要 十余年前,国际社会对于0~3岁儿童早期发展的意义取得了共识,继而欧美国家在儿童早期教育专业化人才的职业标准、专业化能力建设上颇有建树,而我国目前对此问题尚缺乏系统讨论。基于我国0~3岁儿童早期教育和相关领域专业化人才队伍发展现状和问题,有必要建立“儿童早期发展保教师”作为该领域有代表性的专业性职业。保教师的核心知识与能力主要包括七大方面:具备科学的专业理念和综合素养,系统掌握婴幼儿发展的专门知识,理解并积极回应婴幼儿健康与安全需要,熟练开展婴幼儿的保健与养育,恰当组织面向婴幼儿的保教活动,有效评估婴幼儿发展状况,与婴幼儿父母、家庭及社区进行良好的沟通与合作。同时,通过建设相应的资格衔接体系和配套教育培养机制,保教师的建立将有助于推动和规范我国3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务领域人才队伍的专业化发展。
英文摘要 The global consensus on the significance of early childhood development (ECD) of children aged 0-3 has been built for more than 10 years, and then the developed countries have made great achievements in the construction of standards and skills for ECD professionals. In China, there have been few systematic studies on ECD professional competency standards by now. Based on the investigation of current situation of ECD services and professionals’ cultivation, this study proposes an ECD professional competency framework and discusses its supporting systems of curriculum and training. This framework includes seven dimensions: professionalism & comprehensive quality, knowledge of early childhood development, understanding the healthy & safety need of young children, mastery of caring infant & toddler, mastery of educating young children, capability of effectively assessing young children development, and maintaining good communication & cooperation with the parents & families. On this basis, this paper aims to promote the professional development of ECD professionals for young children aged 0-3 in China.
