中文摘要 在教育领导理论创新发展的过程中,以特伦斯•迪尔为代表的西方学者从诗性与领导学交叉融合的角度,对教育领导力的提升、教育领导价值观的培育等主题进行了创造性的探索,正式提出并阐发了“诗性领导”理论。迪尔和卡斯腾-戴燕妮等人的研究,从“诗性意识、群体觉悟、审美伦理、符号活动”等方面,考察了诗性领导的内在机理和实践逻辑;罗杰斯等人的研究则从“诗性形式、重要支柱及艺术养成、脆弱性体验”等方面,为诗性领导力的培育提供了具有说服力的分析框架和操作范例,使诗性领导力的培育成为可能。这些探索对提升教育领导的审美境界、责任担当、协作创新等具有重要意义。
英文摘要 In the process of innovation and development of educational leadership theory, the western scholars represented by Terrence E. Deal, in the perspective of integrating poetics with leadership, have creatively explored the themes of promoting educational leadership and the cultivation of educational leadership values, and formally put forward and expounded the theory of poetic leadership. The research of Deal and Kasten-Daryanani examined the internal mechanism and practical logic of poetic leadership from the aspects of poetic consciousness, group consciousness, aesthetic ethics and symbolic activities. On the other hand, Emily Rodgers provided a persuasive analysis framework and operation examples for the cultivation of poetic leadership from the aspects of poetic forms, important pillars and vulnerability experience. These explorations are of great significance to the promotion of aesthetic realm, accountability and responsibility, cooperation and innovation, of educational leadership.
