中文摘要 职业倦怠是教师专业素养提升的重要影响因素,本研究使用多层回归分析乡村地区不同学科教师职业倦怠对学生成绩的影响及乡村教师职业倦怠的影响因素。研究发现,乡村教师职业倦怠对学生成绩有显著负影响,乡村数学教师职业倦怠对学生成绩的影响高于语文和英语教师,编制、薪酬、工作时长等是影响乡村教师职业倦怠的主要因素。因此,政府和学校应重视乡村教师职业倦怠对学生成绩的影响,建立“常态化”乡村教师职业倦怠测评机制;探索灵活多样的乡村教师发展模式,根据不同学科教师特点给予专业发展支持;进一步完善乡村教师治理体系,营造良好工作环境;加强社会舆论监督,注重维护乡村教师合法权益。
英文摘要 Job burnout is an important factor in improving teachers’ professional quality. This paper uses multi - level regression to analyze the influence of teachers’ Job Burnout on students’ performance in different subjects in rural areas and the influencing factors of rural teachers’ job burnout. The results show that rural teachers’ job burnout has a significant impact on students’ performance; rural mathematics teachers’ job burnout has a higher impact on students’ performance than Chinese and English teachers; the main factors affecting rural teachers’ job burnout are staffing, salary and working hours. The government and schools should pay attention to the impact of rural teachers’ Job Burnout on students’ performance, establish a “normalization” rural teachers’ job burnout evaluation mechanism; explore flexible and diverse rural teachers’ development models, ad provide professional development support according to the characteristics of teachers in different disciplines; further improve the rural teachers’ governance system, create a good working environment; strengthen the supervision of public opinion, and pay attention to rural areas Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of teachers.
