中文摘要 “建设高质量教育体系”是新时代我国教育事业发展的政策导向和重点要求,而课程是撬动学前教育质量提升的关键杠杆。遵循样本筛选、框架确立、比较分析和思考建议四个步骤,运用质性分析软件对芬兰、瑞典、英国、新西兰和法国五个国家的学前教育课程指南进行比较研究发现,较多国家的学前教育课程在背景方面立足社会取向和儿童立场,在条件方面关注适宜资源和优质教师,在过程方面规定内容范畴和实施方法,在成果方面重视学习成果和结果评估。因此,应强调课程指南的方向引领以提升价值性质量,落实课程指南的资源配置以提升结构性质量,凸显课程指南的全程育人以提升过程性质量,重视课程指南的评估导向以提升结果性质量。
英文摘要 "Building a high-quality education system" is the policy guidance and key requirement of China's education development in the new era, curriculum is the key lever for improving the quality of preschool education. Following the four steps of sample selection, framework construction,comparative analysis and policy suggestions, the MAXQDA analysis software was used in this study to compare the early childhood education curriculum guidelines of five countries. It is found that the "curriculum background" of each country is based on social orientation and children's standpoint, and the "curriculum conditions" focus on suitable resources and quality teachers. The "curriculum process" pays attention to the content category and implementation methods, and the "curriculum results" strengthen learning results and outcome evaluation. China should emphasize the orientation guidance of the curriculum to improve the value quality, implement the resource allocation to improve the structural quality, highlight the whole process of education to improve the process quality, and attach importance to the evaluation orientation to improve the result quality.
