中文摘要 循证实践是一种改变经验导向、强调基于最佳证据的实践样态,发源于医学,正逐步渗透到各个领域,包括教师教育实践之中,但学术界尚缺乏对循证教师教育实践的全面认识和研究。本文结合循证医学、循证实践、循证教育等相关研究成果,建构循证教师教育实践的内涵,阐明价值,并呈现其运行机制。一方面旨在增强对循证教师教育实践基本原理的理解,另一方面有助于厘清循证教师教育的实践框架。
英文摘要 Evidence-based Practice, originating from Evidence-based Medical Practice, is a new form of practice, which, with employment of best evidence, aims to reform experience-based habitus. This new ideology has been immersing into a variety of fields, including teacher education practice. However, there is a lack of study on evidence-based teacher education practice. With reference to research on evidence-based medical practice, evidence-based practice and evidence-based education, this article constructs the connotation, illustrates the values and elaborates the operational mechanism of evidence-based teacher education practice, with hope not only to further understand evidence-based teacher education practice, but also to provide an operational framework for the practitioners.
