中文摘要 高校教师的信息化教学能力,受到多种因素的影响。研究者通过对湖南省高校教师的调查研究,揭示了高校教师的信息化教学现状。进一步,该论文采用结构方程模型,验证了高校教师持续的信息化教学意向、教师对技术的有用性感知、易用性感知、教师对技术的自我效能、计算机经验五大变量对高校教师信息化教学能力的重要影响作用。最后,论文据此提出一系列应对策略:提升教师活力,激发教师信息化教学效能;加强信息化教学建设,保障教师信息化教学持续发展;开展信息化教学发展项目,丰富教师信息化教学经验。
英文摘要 The ICT teaching competence of faculty is influenced by many factors. Through the investigation of faculty in hunan province, the author reveals the current situation of ICT teaching of faculty. Furthermore, this paper verifies the important influence of faculty's continuous ICT teaching intentions, teacher's useful perception of technology, ease of use perception, teacher's self-efficacy and computer experience to ICT teaching of faculty by Structural Equation Model. Finally, the paper puts forward a series of strategies: To enhance the vitality of faculty, stimulate the efficacy of ICT teaching of faculty; To strengthen the construction of ICT teaching and ensure the sustainable development of ICT teaching; information-based teaching; Develop ICT teaching project to enrich faculty's experience in ICT teaching.
