篇名 博士生与导师关系国际研究现状与热点——基于Web of Science期刊文献的可视化分析

中文摘要 随着博士生教育规模不断扩大,博士生与导师的关系愈发受到关注,其研究也愈发深入。以Web of Science为数据源,运用CiteSpace等分析工具,对博士生与导师关系研究领域发表的国际期刊论文绘制知识图谱并进行分析,发现博士生与导师关系研究主要聚焦于跨种族、跨文化、角色期望、学术指导、影响因素等方面。2017年以来,研究转向对学生群体的内在关注,与之相关的毕业、压力、自我、满足、孤立等问题成为研究前沿。分析博士生与导师关系研究的现状与热点,发现国际学者注重不同背景下研究的主要矛盾和基本问题、关注博士生与导师之间的内心交往及精神支持、观照人作为主体的价值与意义,但博士生与导师关系研究需弥补导师专业发展需要与诉求的空白。
英文摘要 With the expansion of doctoral education, the supervisor-doctoral student relationship has attracted much attention,and the relevant research has become more deepening. With web of science as the data source, this paper uses Cite Space and other analytical tools to draw knowledge maps and analysis of international journal papers on this topic. It shows that the research focuses on cross-ethnic, cross-cultural, role expectations, academic guidance, influencing factors, etc. Since 2017, the research has turned to the inner concerns of the student groups, and the related issues such as graduation, pressure, self, satisfaction and isolation have also become the research frontiers of the supervisor-doctoral student relationship. By analyzing the current situation and hot spots of the supervisor-doctoral student relationship research, we find that international scholars pay attention to the main contradictions and basic issues under different backgrounds, the inner communication and spiritual support between doctoral students and supervisors, and the value and significance of people as the main body. However the research should pay attention to making up the gap between the needs and demands of supervisors' professional development.
