中文摘要 当前,教育信息化作为推进教育精准扶贫的一种有效途径已成为学界的一种共识并在实践领域付诸实施。该文聚焦我国贫困地区教育信息化2.0推进工作,依托国家开放大学开展教育信息化精准扶贫模式与实践研究,构建了包括云基础设施搭建、应用服务部署、资源服务部署、应用驱动培训、运维和网络安全保障等环节的教育信息化精准扶贫模式,这一模式具有利用云服务搭建大平台、重点面向移动终端提供应用和资源、充分应用新技术、注重人的服务等特征,并重点介绍了这一模式的三个落地项目——云端学习网、云教室、数字图书馆三个项目。实践应用表明,基于云服务的教育信息化精准扶贫模式可提升在线学习用户体验和参与度,实现区域优质师资共享,促进全国优质数字图书资源共享,真正做到让在线学习时时发生、让面授教学无处不在、让优质资源人人可得。
英文摘要 At present, as an effective way to promote targeted poverty alleviation in education, educational informatization has become a consensus in the academic community and has been put into practice. In this paper the authors focus on pushing forward the education informatization 2.0 in poor areas in China and have constructed an educational information precision poverty alleviation model based on the research and practice of the Open University of China. This model is composed of cloud infrastructure construction, application service deployment, digital resource service deployment, application driven training, maintaining and network security assurance. And this model has four characteristics including deploying platform based on the cloud computing, providing the application and resources based on mobile devices, fully applying new technologies, and pay attention to people’s services. The three projects of cloud LMS, cloud classroom and digital library are introduced in detail. The practice shows that the accurate poverty alleviation model of education informatization based on cloud computing service can improve the user experience and participation of online learning, realize the sharing of regional high-quality teachers, and promote the sharing of national high-quality digital book resources. The model truly makes online learning happening all the time, makes face-to-face teaching everywhere, and makes high-quality resources available to everyone.
