中文摘要 现代社会步入了风险社会的特定时期,不确定性、失序性、复杂性、扩散性是其内生表征。风险社会对技术技能人才的工作模式产生五种根本性的影响,即工作周期断续化、工作场所流动化、工作过程无序化、工作技术迟滞化以及工作情景混沌化。然而,传统的职业教育人才培养模式存在人才培养定位封闭性、人才培养过程缺乏想象力以及信息化适应性不足等突出问题,无益于培养适应风险社会的技术技能型人才。风险社会吁求职业教育人才培养模式的根本性变革,要求人才培养定位勾连工具理性与价值理性,课程教学设计融入风险意识和危机情境,探索“互联网+育人”的专业现代化路径。
英文摘要 Human society has stepped into a specific period of risk society. Uncertainty, disorder, complexity and diffusion are the endogenous characteristics. There are five fundamental effects on the working model of technicians in the risk society, namely, intermittent in duty cycle, mobility in workplace, disordered in labor, delay in working technology and chaos in working context. However, the traditional vocational education talent training model has some Serious problems, such as the orientation of talent training is closed, the process of talent training is lack of imagination and the adaptability of information technology is insufficient, which is not conducive to the technicians to adapt to the risk society. Risk society calls for a fundamental reform that the orientation of talent training connect with instrumental rationality and value rationality, curriculum design integrates risk awareness and crisis situations, and explores the professional modernization path of “Internet+Educating” in talent training model of vocational education.
