中文摘要 本研究由未來時間觀之延伸性為始,以積極因應為中介歷程,探討其與創意自我效能之關係,並探究無法容忍歧義與不確定性在其中所扮演的調節角色。本研究蒐集318份未有職場經驗之高中學生問卷,使用R程式之lavaan模組,以驗證性因素分析確認量測信度及收斂效度與區別效度,再以PROCESS for R Version 4.1.1設定迴歸分析模式,檢定本研究提出之被調節的中介模式,主要發現如下:一、未來時間觀之延伸性透過積極因應而影響創意自我效能(間接效果)。二、無法容忍歧義與不確定性愈高,上述未來時間觀之延伸性透過積極因應對創意自我效能之間接效果愈不明顯(間接效果被負向調節)。最後,根據研究結果探討研究貢獻與實務意涵,提供教育政策、企業選才及後續研究之方向。
英文摘要 This study examines the relationships between future time perspectives and creative self-efficacy, and proactive coping is considered as the mediator; intolerance of ambiguity and uncertainty is considered the moderator. 318 senior high school students, who do not have prior working experiences, participated in this study. Major research findings are as follows. Future time perspective has an indirect effect on creative self-efficacy through proactive coping. Intolerance of ambiguity and uncertainty negatively moderates the above indirect effect. This study concludes with theoretical and practical implications, providing suggestions for education policy, human resource selection, and directions for future research.
