中文摘要 如何激发乡村教师的留岗意愿,促使其建构乡村任教的理想图景,已成为推进乡村教育高质量发展,乃至乡村振兴的重要议题之一。本研究基于2724份调查数据,采用量化分析方法探讨了工作家庭促进对乡村教师留岗意愿的影响机制,以及情感承诺和工作投入在两者关系间的链式中介效应。研究发现,乡村教师留岗意愿处于中等偏上水平;工作促进家庭对留岗意愿具有显著的直接和间接效应;家庭促进工作对留岗意愿只具有显著的间接效应。在间接效应中,工作家庭促进分别通过三条路径间接影响乡村教师留岗意愿,即情感承诺、工作投入的独立中介作用,以及两者的链式中介作用。为增强乡村教师留岗意愿,研究从资源投注、人文关注、动机倾注三个方面提出了相关建议。
英文摘要 How to stimulate the willingness of rural teachers to stay and promote them to construct the ideal picture of rural teaching has become one of
the important issues to promote the high-quality development of rural education and even rural revitalization. Based on 2724 survey data, this study uses quantitative analysis method to explore the impact mechanism of work family promotion on Rural Teachers' willingness to stay on the job, and the chain intermediary effect of emotional commitment and work input between them. The study found that the willingness of rural teachers to stay on the job was above the middle level; Work promoting family has significant direct and indirect effects on the willingness to stay on duty;    Family promoting work has only a significant indirect effect on job retention intention. In the indirect effect, work family promotion indirectly affects rural teachers' willingness to stay on duty trough three paths, namely, the independent intermediary role of emotional commitment and work input, and the chain intermediary role of both. In order to enhance the psychological and behavioral tendency of rural teachers to stay in office, the research puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects: resource investment, humanistic attention and motivation investment.
