英文摘要 In the new phase of regular development, the transition of teacher training programs during winter and summer breaks on the National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools from scalability to differentiation and precision becomes crucial. Implementing training tailored to specific needs is of utmost importance. Feedback from over 9.06 million characters from approximately 149,000 basic education stage teachers serves as the research basis. By integrating the Structural Topic Model (STM) and Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA), a framework for the training needs on the National Smart Education Platform has been constructed. Through an in-depth analysis, differences were identified and clear directions for optimization based on these needs were delineated. The research reveals that the training needs cover two main dimensions: individual development and systemic environment, which comprise five categories of needs. Notable differences in these needs based on regions and urban-rural divides were observed. Additionally, enhancements in the training mechanisms, especially concerning scheduling and recognition of training hours, are still required. This study offers empirical evidence supporting a more targeted and differentiated approach to teacher training during the winter and summer breaks, and suggests strategies for refining the training services.
