中文摘要 数字经济已经渗透到经济社会生活的方方面面,在改变人们生产生活方式的同时能否对微观家庭部门的教育支出产生深刻影响?基于“中国家庭追踪调查”(CFPS)数据,聚焦数字经济发展对家庭教育支出的影响,研究发现,随着数字经济的快速发展,社会贫富差距持续扩大,家庭教育支出也显著降低。进一步的异质性分析发现,对家庭教育支出的抑制作用主要发生在西部地区家庭和低收入、低社会资本、体制外以及父母平均受教育程度较低的家庭中,表明数字经济发展更多地降低了社会弱势阶层的家庭教育支出。这意味着我国教育不平等问题有可能进一步加剧。在政府加大财政补贴力度的同时,引导底层家庭提高教育支出对我国教育扶贫、教育公平、共同富裕和数字经济健康可持续发展都有着重要意义。
英文摘要 Digital economy has penetrated into every aspect of economic and social life, can it have a profound impact on the education expenditure of micro family sector while changing people's production and life style? Based on the data of "China Family Tracking Survey"(CFPS), focusing on the impact of the development of digital economy on family education expenditure, the research finds that with the rapid development of digital economy, the gap between the rich and the poor continues to widen, and family education expenditure has also decreased significantly. Further heterogeneity analysis found that the inhibitory effect on family education expenditure mainly occurred in families in the western region and families with low income, low social capital, outside the system and parents with low average education level, indicating that the development of digital economy has more reduced the family education expenditure of the socially disadvantaged class, which means that the problem of education inequality in China is likely to be further aggravated. While the government is increasing financial subsidies, guiding families at the bottom to increase education spending is of great significance to China's education poverty alleviation, education equity, common prosperity and the healthy and sustainable development of the digital economy.
